Neil Harrison is a Founding Partner of HV Legal.  Neil graduated with his bachelors in Finance from Cleveland State University.  He graduated with his Juris Doctorate from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.  He is currently finishing his MBA at Cleveland State University.
